Meet Christi Ferretti of Pine Valley Market, one of our new instructors! So where did your passion for cooking start? Tell us about your first memory of cooking. I used to follow my mom and dad around in the kitchen as early as I can remember. I always wanted to know why and how things were made. I ate onions out of the fridge like they were apples when I was two years old. When I was ten my father started a local food festival and that was my first real taste of a commercial kitchen cooking...
