The Boos Rustic-Edge Design cutting board takes a look back to the company's inaugural year. Crafted from a single block of northern hard rock maple. This board features the rustic edge provided by nature so each one is different from the next. As a result, these boards are nominally 12" in width. This board is reversible and comes with a finish of Boos Board Cream with beeswax. This finish seals in moisture and provides for a protective, waxy finish.
The reversible feature effectively gives you two different looks at the Northern Hard Rock Maple grain. Both sides can used during a single food prepping; once one side has been used, simply flip the cutting board over and restart on the clean surface.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
