Crafted from a solid block of American Black Walnut that is easily recognized by the depth and breadth of the colors; tan, pale yellow; and light, medium and dark browns. The 1887 Collection features a rustic edge style; the edges are not cleanly sawn or sanded smooth but rather are rough and natural, i.e., rustic edge. This board is reversible and comes with a finish of Boos Board Cream with beeswax. This finish seals in moisture and provides for a protective, waxy finish. This rustic board is nominally 12" wide.
The reversible feature effectively gives you the ability to feature "two different" beautifully grained American Black Walnut boards. Both sides can be utilized during a single food prepping; once one side has been used, simply flip the cutting board over and restart on the clean surface.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
