Fines Herbs (ounce)
A key herb blend in Mediterranean cuisine, Fines Herbs is a subtle combination of herbs that is certainly not unimaginative. Hand blended from chervil, chives, marjoram, parsley and tarragon. This almost sweet seasoning blend is primarily used in egg dishes and is heavenly with baked or sautéed fish, shrimp or chicken, ideal for soup or stocks and is enchanting with roasted chicken. It also works well with roasted vegetables, salads, lighter bean dishes and potatoes.
Fines Herbes does not work well when added too early in the cooking process as the flavor will quickly dissipate and is best used as a finisher.
