The wine is garnet in color and opens with cherry, wet slate, oak and warm spice notes. It is medium bodied and dry with light tannins and gentle acidity that makes it fun and tasty. There are flavors of cherry, pomegranate, spice and oak. The fruity finish is long but with some heat.
