The large 5-by-2-1/2-inch grating surface can accommodate bigger ingredients, such as a head of cabbage for cole slaw, and the matching 18/8 stainless-steel frame and satin-finish offer durable support for the blade. The grater has a non-slip rubber grip just above its head to keep it steady on a tabletop during grating. A plastic safety cover is also included to keep fingers safe and to keep the blade from dulling while in storage. This grater is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. 18/8 stainless steel handle and frame.
