Your taste buds will be tantalized by this Strip Steak's Marble Score of BMS7+, creating a rich, dense cut with gorgeous marbling. Every bite will dissolve like a cloud in your mouth, providing a delightfully creamy texture. A taste sensation like no other!

This is Grandmaster Akaushi Beefpremium American Wagyu or Wagyu Cross F1 which is produced from cattle that are between 24 and 30 months of age, with minimum feeding of 300 days.

Moist aging helps these cuts in preserving moisture (each steak is wet-aged in a bag). With NO hormones or antibiotics, these steaks are high in monounsaturated fats and Oleic Acid, as well as having a BMS7+ marbling score. They are DNA verified for individual pedigree.

THE INTOKU WAY

INTOKU is at the forefront of a culinary revolution, seeking to unlock the full potential of the exquisite flavor profile of the Wagyu Akaushi Full Blood breed. Through a meticulous selection process, INTOKU identifies only the most exceptional phenotypes and genotypes, and implements a continuous improvement program that encompasses all aspects of raising and feeding the cows. All cuts are wet aged for a period of 30 days.

The result is a wide range of nuanced flavors, achieved through a careful combination of both dry and wet aging processes. By elevating the meat industry to new heights of excellence, INTOKU is setting a new standard for the art and science of gourmet cuisine.

Intoku is a multi-cultural experience, borrowing aspects from three distinct cultures: Japan (Breed), Europe (Aging Method), America (Production).

Meat N’ Bone is the exclusive online distributor for INTOKU products.

HOW DO I COOK IT?

You can make the New York Strip in the oven, grill or stove. You can also smoke it. We recently made a video of cooking our New York Strips topped with Bone Marrow.

Best Cooked: Medium-Rare, Medium, Medium-Well
