Standard Return Policy for Online Sales (Shipped)
If something does not work out, most items may be returned within 35 days of purchase. (Exceptions described below)
- Start the return process within 35 days of purchase. Contact the store with specific concerns and details as quickly as possible for instructions on returning the product (please have the order ID and date of purchase information available).
- The product must be in returned new/unused condition with all original packaging, product inserts and accessories.
- If the return is a result of store error or is a defective product (see manufacturer warranty exception below), we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
- Refunds for opened or used products incur a 40% restocking fee assessment.
- The product should be return shipped as soon as possible and following contact with the store so that it arrives at our facility within 45 days of purchase.
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival and refunds are based on condition of the item.
- Refunds will be processed to the method of payment used for purchase and in most cases are processed within 2 to 3 business days. The response of the payment processor/financial institution may take a week to 10 days of additional time. You will be notified of the refund details via the email provided for the original purchase.
All products must be fully inspected upon receipt to identify if damages incurred in shipping. All shipping damages should be addressed with the individual shipper. Call the store for shipper information assistance.
Products with manufacturer warranties (whether lifetime or limited) should be addressed with the individual manufacturer per their specific warranty policy addressing defect or workmanship issues. (e.g., Wusthof, Boos, Hammer Stahl, All-Clad, USA Pan, Jura Capresso, etc.)
Standard Return Policy for Online Sales (In-store pickup)
Returns of in-store sales and online sales designated for in-store pickup must be returned within 30 days. Refunds are made via the original payment method less a 30% restocking fee; or, for store credit of the full purchase amount. Provided:
- The product is returned in new/unused condition with all original packaging, product inserts and accessories.
- Store credits expire 90 days after issue.
If the return is a result of a defective product (see manufacturer warranty exception above), we will refund the full cost of the merchandise or exchange the product.
Returned items will be inspected and refunds/credits are based on condition of the item.
Refunds for products that have been used (if found acceptable for return) incur a 50% restocking fee assessed against refund or store credit.
