This sturdy 2.25" thick edge grain butcher block style cutting board is made of tough Northern Hard Rock Maple. This classic is easily maneuvered despite its heft thanks to the finger grips cut into opposite ends of the board. This board is reversible and comes with a finish of Boos Board Cream with beeswax. This finish seals in moisture and provides for a protective, waxy finish.
The reversible feature effectively gives you two different looks at the Northern Hard Rock Maple grain. Both sides can used during a single food prepping; once one side has been used, simply flip the cutting board over and restart on the clean surface.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
