Cutting boards with juice grooves to capture meat juices and scraps for re-use in a gravy or simply discarding are preferred by grill masters and meat carvers everywhere. These Boos Prestige board incorporates these features and also includes another handy feature that makes it even more convenient - a finger hole in one corner that can be used for that simple purpose or to hang the board for storage.
This maple edge-grain reversible board is 1.25" thick with a full perimeter juice groove on one side and flat obverse side. The board comes with a finish of Boos Board Cream with beeswax that seals in moisture and provides for a protective, waxy finish.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
