The body of the mold is made of die cast aluminum, a solid food-safe material which guarantee a clean cut of the pasta sheet. The rolling pin supplied is made of solid wood. The wood has been specifically selected to be more compact and ensure durability over time. This mold is easy to clean; simply let sit for 30 minutes and then clean with a dry brush. Produces round ravioli (2.2" diameter).
