The hard rock maple Barbeque Board by John Boos was created with the outdoor chef in mind and no grill master should be without one. The full permeter liquid moat (or groove) captures juices and prevents spills until carving is complete. This board is reversible with a flat obverse side. The board comes with a finish of Boos Board Cream with beeswax that seals in moisture and provides for a protective, waxy finish. Fingers grips on each end makes for simple maneuvering during food prep.
The board is constructed in edge-grain style with the seam running in parallel. The smooth, solid cutting surface makes this board an excellent board for any food prep task including rolling and kneading dough. The reversible feature gives you two boards for use during a single food prepping; once one side has been used, simply flip the cutting board over and restart on the clean surface.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
