Roast Rack 8" X 10"
The Roasting Rack allows roasting poultry or meat without resting on the bottom of the pan. This is critical to roasting as this type of cooking refers to dry heat. Without using a roast rack, the poultry or meat boils in its own juices. Using a roasting rack is also a healthy way to prepare roasts as it allows the fat to drip off the poultry and meat and rest under the rack. The rack measures 8” by 10” and is made of heavy duty chrome wire that is oven safe to 500 degrees F. Hand washing with non-abrasive cleaner is recommended.
