This classic egg slicer quickly slices, and dices, hard-boiled eggs. The egg is cradled in the base, while the stainless steel wires cut perfectly even slices. Dice eggs for easy egg salad and breakfast burritos, or enhance soups, pasta, lasagna, and more. The classic egg slicer works nicely as a mushroom slicer and strawberry slicer, too. Easy to use. Remove shell from a hard-boiled egg and place it horizontally across the base of the slicer. Slowly press the top down to slice. For diced egg, rotate the sliced egg vertically and slice again. Easy to use and clean. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
