Steel holds and transfers heat more aggressively than stone, so you get a crispier crust and more even browning on pizza, bread, pastries, vegetables, pancakes, and seared steaks. It is preseasoned with vegetable oil and cured at high heat—ready to use out of the box. Use it in a home oven, pizza oven, or grill. Hand wash only.
