This is a Thai curry blend that’s rich with aromatics and easy to use; it's mild, so even if you're not a fan of spicy heat you can enjoy this, and the chileheads can add their favorite hot pepper to fire it up. Mix this in with some browned onions and seared chicken and a little coconut milk, and you're halfway to dinner--just add rice!
Perfect for use with shrimp, white fish, or a variety of vegetables. It tastes great with potatoes, corn, carrots, beet greens, rutabaga, radish, onions, asparagus, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, etc. It would be fantastic on chicken, but for stronger tasting meats like beef it is not the best choice.
