Herbs de Provence is a traditional blend of common, aromatic herbs that flourish in hills of France’s Provence region. An excellent addition to any Mediterranean region dish, Herbs de Provence is especially wonderful when combined with olive oil and added to grilled chicken or fish. We like using Herbs de Provence when roasting beef or pork tenderloins and Cornish hens, tomatoes, oven roasted potatoes or in gravies, pizza sauce, salads, soups and stews. Our Herbs de Provence is hand blended from Basil, Chervil, Marjoram, Tarragon, Thyme and Lavender.
